Machine Shops and Test LaboratoriesThe main machine shop is intended to provide the REWDRC with non - standard facilities, stands, equipment assemblies, instrumentation devices, etc., as well as to ensure maintenance and repair of equipment. The main machine shop incorporates the following sections: machining, and pipe fitting welding and heat treatment, woodworking, plating, painting and impregnation, glass blowing, precision mechanics, epoxy coating - electric motor winding and testing as well as testing and inspection, assembly, foundry and design office.

Gas Production The Center produces Oxygen and Nitrogen gases [liguid + gaseous state] with high quality standards, to be used in industrial and medical fields, with a production rate of: 90 l/hour of liquefied Nitrogen [97% parity]. 120 Oxygen vessels per day, with parity of 93%, free of moisture and sterilized for direct use in medically and industrially. |
Material and Equipment Stores The center includes a storehouse for receiving and storage of materials, equipment, chemical reagents, gas cylinders, spare parts etc., the need of which is defined by technological requirements for operation, and main installations and their sanitary engineering systems, for mechanical handling; the storehouse is provided with facilities such as cranes, fork lefts, etc. |
Ventilation and Air-conditioning Central air condition system is provided for the center natural and forced draft plenum - exhaust ventilation is provided. |
Layout, ant seismic measures and radiation environmental protectionBuilding and structures are designed with due regard for specific conditions of the site region (8 - point seism city according to the 12 - point scale). |
